Warranty of Condition
My Store warrants that all alcoholic beverages are in a merchantable, sealed, and undamaged condition when they leave our facility. Our liability for the product ceases upon safe delivery to the designated adult recipient, except for claims of latent spoilage or confirmed transit damage. This warranty ensures the product is free from visible defects upon handover.
Mandatory Packaging Retention Clause
For all claims related to transit damage, the customer must retain the entire original shipping container, including all internal dividers, protective foam, and the external carton. This packaging is considered evidence by the shipping insurer. The refund or replacement process cannot begin until the customer provides photographic proof that the packaging is available for inspection by the carrier’s agent, if required. Disposal of packaging invalidates the claim.
Return of Empty Bottles for Quality Control
In cases of claimed spoilage (e.g., cork taint in a fine wine), we reserve the right to request the return of the bottle containing at least three-quarters of the original liquid and the original cork/closure for forensic analysis by our supplier. My Store will cover the secure shipping cost for the quality control sample. Failure to return the required amount may impact the final refund decision.
Refund Timeline Guarantee
Once a refund is officially approved and processed internally by My Store, we guarantee that the transaction will be submitted to our payment processor within one business day. While the banking process still requires time, our commitment is to remove our internal delay as quickly as possible.
Exchanges for Promotional Errors
If a customer purchases an item based on a verifiable promotional error on our website (e.g., incorrect price or description), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately. However, we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time exchange to the correct product, requiring the customer to pay or be refunded the difference in price.
