Handling of Unattended Deliveries and Depot Hold
Delivery to a Post Office box or an unattended location is strictly prohibited. If delivery fails (no adult present), the package is held at a local secure depot for a maximum of 7 days. If the customer fails to collect the package or arrange a second attempt within this time, the package will be returned to My Store. Upon return, the customer will be required to pay a new, full re-shipping fee to have the order sent out again.
