To fully enjoy the surrounding area, there are a wide variety of interesting tours such as: horseback riding, guided boat tours of the Marine Park, day trips to Caño Island, scuba diving, micro-light flying. The most important national park in the area is the “Parque Marino Ballena” marine national park that draws international attention due to the large migration of Humpback whales that come to the coast, mainly between August and October or December and April, to give birth to these great children of the Ocean.
